More than stretching

Yoga can be fitness.
Fitness can be intelligent.

Heat, resistance, bodyweight, balance and repetition can create a serious physical practice. Ember brings together hot yoga, Pilates, strength and mobility so you can build physical strength while using breath and attention to steady the mind.
01

Build strength

Bodyweight work, Pilates and strong yoga sequences challenge muscles, stability and control.

02

Move better

Mobility, balance and varied movement help you maintain useful, confident range of motion.

03

Build stamina

Heated movement can make practice more physically demanding, helping develop endurance over time.

04

Train balance

Standing work and controlled transitions challenge coordination, proprioception and stability.

05

Get focused

When movement, heat and breath demand your attention, there is considerably less room for mental noise.

06

Feel capable

Progress is not about performing the hardest pose. It is about feeling stronger and more confident in your own body.

We really don’t care how old you are.

You do not need to be young, bendy or already fit. Ember is for people who want to keep getting stronger, steadier and more mobile — at 30, 50, 70 and beyond. Good teaching means meeting the body you have today.

Your first class

What to expect.

01

Infrared heat

A warm, evenly heated studio designed for movement. You’ll get hot, but the aim is a strong, focused practice — not simply enduring the temperature.

02

Intelligent teaching

Experienced teachers, thoughtful sequencing and clear options. You’ll be encouraged to work, while learning when to challenge yourself and when to ease back.

03

Different ways to train

Dynamic yoga, Pilates, strength and mobility all live here. Your body needs variety, and your practice does not need to look the same every day.

04

No experience required

You do not need to be flexible, young or already fit. Options are built into the practice so you can work with the body you have today and build from there.

Why practise hot?

Heat changes the work.

It isn’t about sweating for the sake of it. Heat adds another layer to yoga, Pilates and strength work — creating a physically demanding, immersive practice that asks for focus as well as effort.
01

Warm up. Move.

Practising in a warm room can make movement feel more comfortable and gives you time to explore mobility, control and range gradually.

02

Work harder.

Heat increases the overall demand of a session. Combined with bodyweight, resistance and repetition, it can create a substantial fitness practice.

03

Focus inward.

Heat, breath and movement demand attention. That focus can help quieten mental noise and bring you more fully into the practice.

Heat is a training environment, not a magic ingredient. Hydrate, work at your own pace and take breaks whenever you need them.
Train for the life you want to live
