Here at Ember Hot Studio we have wonderful teachers who share a range or wellbeing and fitness practices, covering Hot Dynamic Yoga, Nourishing Flow & Pilates.
Our Classes
Ember Hot Flow
Open-level class for one hour with a flow sequence, this class includes gentle warm up into vinyasa flow with standing balances, some core work, warrior postures and a closing floor sequence of deeper stretches before 5 minutes of relaxation. Class themes may vary with different teachers.
Dynamic Hot Flow
Our popular Dynamic Hot flow class is our most dynamic class more suitable for intermediate or advanced practitioners, perfect for improving your overall strength, tone and fitness. Your instructor will give you choices for the vinyasa transitions and variations for some of the more challenging postures in the sequence, you decide how strong you want your practice to be.
Pilates
A full-body Pilates mat class focusing on core strength, alignment, flexibility and controlled movements. We work on posture, balance, coordination and overall body awareness and the class can help relieve back pain. Suitable for all levels with modifications provided.
Rise & Flow
Wake up with yoga and feel supercharged for the whole day.
A 45 min vinyasa flow class in the warmth of our beautiful studio space, suitable for all with options to take stronger or more gentle transitions. Includes a warm-up, some vinyasa flow, standing balances, backbends and floor-based stretches before a 5-minute relaxation.
Nourishing Flow
Never tried hot yoga before? Or maybe it's been a while and you're not sure you can do what you used to be able to. This class is perfect for a refresher and is also open to more experienced students as your instructors will give choices and, as always you are welcome to take it easy or work a bit harder, it's your body, your practice and always your choice.
The nourishing classes include some more detail and will often include time for you to ask the instructor about the poses.
